The Theel House currently offers office space available for rent. Monthly rent includes office; spacious, furnished waiting room; kitchen and ADA bath. (Rates include all utilities

Office Share
The Theel House offers 2 different offices as an 'office share' envoironment on a part time basis. Please call for details on days available. $190 per month per
day (ex. Mondays = $190, Monday + Tuesday = $380 etc)
Individual Office
The Theel House currently has an office with a private annex available for lease. Please inquire for details.
